1. Who I Am

RK Marketing is the freelance marketing practice of Renee Kempfer. I provide strategic support, education, and creative tools for freelancers, small business owners, and nonprofits. My offerings include one-on-one services, downloadable resources, marketing courses, and branding support.
 

2. Use of This Website

By accessing rkmarketing.info (the “Site”), you agree to use this space respectfully and lawfully. You may not use this Site or any associated services to send spam, upload harmful content, or attempt to misuse the materials or systems shared here.
 

3. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site—including designs, copy, templates, graphics, and course materials—is created and owned by RK Marketing unless otherwise stated. These materials are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
 

4. Course Access & Digital Downloads

When you purchase a course or digital product, you're getting a non-exclusive license to use the content for yourself or within your own business or organization. That license does not give you the right to resell, repackage, or teach the materials as your own.

Each course tier (recordings + materials, live access, or 1:1 lesson) includes different access levels, which are clearly described on the site. No course tier includes permission to redistribute or teach the content outside of your own use.
 

5. Freelance Services

All one-on-one service work—including strategy sessions, design support, audits, and other freelance projects—is agreed upon individually. Project timelines, deliverables, and payment details are confirmed via email before any work begins.

I reserve the right to reschedule, pause, or cancel a project if deadlines, communication, or payment are not met. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll do my best to refer you to someone who might be.
 

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are listed in USD and are due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise discussed in writing.

Refunds:

• Digital products and templates are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

• Courses are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to a live course date.

• Freelance services may be refundable on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

To request a refund, email me directly. I’m always happy to work things out fairly.
 

7. Sharing & Feedback

If you tag RK Marketing or submit testimonials or feedback, I may share your kind words in future promotions or posts. You can always request that I remove or anonymize your quote.
 

8. Privacy

Your information stays with me. I’ll never sell or misuse your data, and anything you share is treated with care. For more details, see my [Privacy Policy] (linked separately).
 

9. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If anything major changes, I’ll post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site or services means you agree to the current terms.
